Refund and Return Policy

At Neo Clean, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.


2. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


3. Exchanges

Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at via the Return section with your order number and details of the defect or damage.

Process: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for the exchange.


4. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Replacement Shipping: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)


6. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
